- Add a splash of color to your look with this unique cowl scarf and celebrate your diversity. Each one is handmade by textile designer Lynn Reiter Weinberg in her GA. Studio using recycled fabrics and assorted yarns she has collected from her years as a fashion designer. Color and texture layered side by side make each one of these scarves a unique treasure. It is light enough to wear every season which makes it perfect for travel
- To wear you simply drape it around the neck and adjust the hand painted wooden button in back. There are 2 buttons, so you can adjust the length depending on what you are wearing. The assortment of recycled vintage kantha quilted cotton saris are carefully laid out and then sewn together in a mosaic fashion using an overcast stitch to create the back side.
- There are 15 waterfall strands of hand dyed yarns and ribbons of many textures, thicknesses and colors attached to the fabric in varying graduated lengths. One of the strands includes 2 hand dyed wooden beads. There is also a fabric rose embellishment on the pointed side of the collage fabric.
- Due to the diversity of the recycled shredded fabrics and yarns items will vary slightly in coloration and fabrics may fray. This makes each scarf unique and special. Whether you are dressing up a casual ensemble or adding the finishing touch to something special you will add a dash of artistry to your look.
