Walking Through The Trauma: My Wounded Spirit's Journey Home Paperback – June 23, 2025

My intention to commiting to my joutney of healing the wounds and soul pain was to give my child self a voice and free her from the bondage of the multiple layers of trauma . Through my journaliong and drawing when I intitially entered therapy, my pain I had been carrying would not allow me to use my voice, I would sit in my therapist office and cry the entire session. I would write letters to my therapist and mail them with the hope we would be able to discuss during my next scheduled session, that also did not work for several weeks.
