A proven and popular choice for all British styles. This strain allows both malt and hop character to come through the profile. Highly flocculant and highly attenuative, this strain will exhibit the characteristic clumping found in many highly flocculant strains once it settles out. This is normal. Ferments well down to 64°F.
NOTE: During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.
