HIC Kitchen's Silicone Oven Rack Shields safely cover the front edge of oven racks to protect hands and arms against dangerous burns when reaching into hot ovens. Practicing better kitchen safety couldn't be easier. Made from European-grade silicone to be more flexible and durable, and to withstand higher heat temperatures (to 500-degrees Fahrenheit), HIC Kitchen's Oven Rack Shields are reusable, slip resistant, and stain resistant with a non-stick surface that's easy to clean. Set includes 2 shields (14 x .5-inches) to cover upper and lower racks. They work equally well in gas, electric, and convection ovens, and can be cut to fit toaster oven racks. Easy to install. Simply press the open channel of the Oven Rack Shields onto the front edge of the oven rack until the entire length is connected. Easily removed for cleaning. Allow oven to cool completely before removing the Oven Rack Shields. Once cool, pull end of the Shield firmly until the entire length is disconnected. Made from European-grade silicone.
