| Product Care Instructions | Wooden cutting boards should be washed with dish soap and dried after each use. Do not soak or submerge the cutting board in water. Once dried, depending on the usage, the board may need to be oiled. Use a clean soft cloth or paper towel to apply a food grade mineral oil in an even layer. Allow the oil to soak in, overnight is best. Using a clean, dry cloth or paper towel, wipe off any remaining oil. Your board should feel smooth, but not sticky. Never put your cutting board in a dish washer. Never oil a wet or damp cutting board. If your board has an odor, a light scrubbing with baking soda or lemon juice may help. |
